Just as for the rest of Croatia, property in Dubrovnik comes at a price. There is a huge demand for older properties and very little supply. However, if you do manage to source and buy a home here, you’re investment will be a safe and lucrative one in terms of capital appreciation. Prices here are comparable to London (yes, really!), with many high rollers and some celebrities purchasing property in a city that tends to have a year long tourist season that peaks in the summer but can occasionally have some pretty miserable winters.
